Overview[ | ]
“ | Centaurs are proud, powerful creatures, combining the intelligence and combat skills of mankind with the speed and strength of a horse. They tend to band together and are extremely territorial; centaur lancers will not forgive an outsider for setting even one foot within their camp. It would be wise to avoid entering their camp unless you have adequate reason and are prepared for the worst. | „ |

Centaur Spearman Chieftain
Description[ | ]
They can be distinguished from nearby regular Centaurs by their dark-red hue.
They drop wine needed for taming other Centaurs and sometimes even rare items and blueprints on death. However their surprisingly large health pool and great damage makes them a somewhat poor target for farming. If you attempt to take one on then make sure you have dispatched all nearby regular Centaurs first! Contrary to what some would believe at first they are not mini-bosses and will spawn regularly in the same manner as other Centaurs.
The Centaurs are formidable foes. Not only can they outrun humans, but they can deal high consecutive damage, and pose a significant threat on the integrity of armor. Their keen eyes allow them to see you from afar, making ambushes highly likely. They hunt in packs. Proceed at your own risk.
Taming[ | ]
Centaur Spearman Chieftains are untameable.
