Description[ | ]
The Compost bin is a small structure used to produce fertilizer and Essence of Life Energy. It can be filled with grass, rotten meat, charcoal and magic shards in order to produce various tiers of fertilizer. The compost bin also provides players with a quick way to spoil raw meat in preparation for fertilizer production and provides increased decay timers for some resources.
*A key note about this crafting station is that it allows you to craft each of the different fertilizers at the same time. You do not have to wait for all of your small fertilizer to craft before you can begin crafting medium fertilizer.

The compost bin is used to craft 3 sizes of fertilizer followed by the Essence of Life Energy.

Decay Timers[ | ]
The compost bin has two uses in regards to decay times, it drastically reduces the decay time of Raw Meat to allow for quick Rotten Meat production and it increases the decay time of Grass and Rotten Meat which allows for less waste while producing fertilizer.
- Raw Meat - Decay time is reduced to 3 seconds (down from 10 minutes in human inventory).
- Grass - Decay time is increased to 3 hours and 20 minutes (up from 1 minute in human inventory).
- Rotten Meat - Decay time is increased to 5 hours (up from 15 minutes in human inventory).
