| “ | These demons are born from the heart of Archos's Volcano and live only in the most extreme heat. Despite their devastating power, due to the fact they can't leave their volcanic environment, they've maintained a mutual peace with the rest of the world's creatures, as long as they don't invade their territory.
Their bodies are coated in many layers of cooled lava creating a thick, armored hide, rendering them highly resistant to physical attacks, and completely immune to fire based magic. Many foolhardy adventurers, lured by the promise of fame and fortune, have ventured into the Balrog's territory, only to vanish from the face of Archos without a trace. |

The Fire Imp is also know as the Balrog.
Description[ | ]
The Fire Imps have the ability to gather items in their cooked or smelted forms. Also, they can cook or smelt items inside their inventory without the need to use any fuel like [Wood], which makes them very valuable, however bear in mind that they feed on Magic Shards.
Taming[ | ]
They can be tamed by damaging it until it has less than 20% of health. Once his health is lower than 20% use a Soul Suppress Stone to get its soul. Once you get the Balrog\Fire Imp soul, place the Soul suppress Stone inside the Summoning Pool with whatever resources it requires to revive it.

The Fire Imp or Balrog is a very useful creature. Because of the Balrog's molten body you can use him as Campfire and Smithy at once, without having to use any fuel like Wood for the process. This cooking or smelting is slightly slower than the regular speed.
As the Balrog has quite nice damage and high physical resist, combined with his small size you can also use them to defend your home from inside. They also provide heat like housing light-sources do.
