You need a forging table to use leylines, the leylines get charge at random times and last only a certain amount of time.
The charge on the leylines can go from 2000 to 100000+
The leylines deplete slowly until no more and you will have to wait again.
Recommended to build close to leylines because of the long times it could take to enchant your gear.
